Candied Meander
Ingredients
- 50ml Pilgrim’s Raspberry & Ginger Gin Liqueur
- 5 lime wedges
- 10 mint leaves
- 10ml sugar syrup
Method
Muddle the lime, mint and sugar. Add the Pilgrim’s Raspberry & Ginger Gin Liqueur and fill the glass half full with crushed ice and stir the ingredients. Top with crushed ice and garnish with raspberries and icing sugar
