Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

We want you to be enjoying our products as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly.
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) £4.99
(working days do not include public holidays)

Express 1-2 day delivery £9.99

Please note: The law says that an adult must be present for all alcohol deliveries.

Dispatch

Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched that same day.
Orders placed on a Friday evening or during the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Packaging

All our orders are secured within a packaging air cap and safely packed in a bio-degradable box marked fragile.

Returns

Faulty Goods

Perfection is something we strive for here at Pilgrims but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we’ll offer you a replacement free of charge or a full refund. All return requests must also be sent to [email protected] with reason for return.
If a breakage in transit occurs or you receive a faulty product. A photo of issue must be taken immediately and sent to [email protected]
Agreed refunds will be made to the debit or credit card you used with us. We’ll process the refund to you on the day we receive the goods you’re returning.

Standard returns

You have up to 14 days to change your mind about anything you buy from us (the returns period) for a refund or a replacement.
All returns of products for non-supplier issues (supplier issues such as transit breakage, wrong product or faulty product) will be refunded at cost of goods not including delivery.

Returns Policy

At Pilgrim’s Drinks we want you to love your purchase. We offer a straightforward returns policy in line with UK consumer law.

  1. Change of Mind Returns

You have the right to cancel your order and return items for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order (the “Cooling-off Period”).

  • The 14-day period starts the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
  • You must notify us of your decision to return within these 14 days.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
  1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain attached and intact.
  • Clothing must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Items must not have been altered, washed, or damaged.
  1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery).
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
  1. How to Return an Item
  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or via our contact form within the 14-day period to request a return.
  2. Clearly state your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with a returns address and, where applicable, a returns form.
  4. Package the item securely (we recommend using the original packaging).
  5. Send the item back using a tracked delivery service. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Cost of Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or damaged. We do not offer free returns.

  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We will refund the full price of the item(s) plus the original delivery cost (if the entire order is returned).
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Delivery Costs: The cost of the original delivery will only be refunded if you are returning the entire order. If you are returning only part of your order, delivery costs are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

  1. Important Information
  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return journey. Please use a tracked service with adequate insurance.
  • During peak periods (e.g., sales or Christmas), return processing times may be slightly longer.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory legal rights as a UK consumer.
