We wanted to create a taste experience as unique and rewarding as a Pilgrim’s journey. Made with the earthy notes of juniper, coriander, and angelica, complimented with the sweet, acidic flavour of grapefruit with an added twist of liquorice, we refined Pilgrim’s Original gin with Scottish spring water, naturally sourced and drawn from a sustainable spring, and lovingly blended with blackcurrant to create an interesting and exquisite taste.
It is a tale that involves travelling back over hundreds of years. St Andrew is the Patron Saint of Scotland, and the town, where his relics were kept, was established as a pilgrimage site over 1000 years ago. Thousands of Pilgrims made their way there every year until the reformation.
