    • Large measure of Pilgrim’s Gin
    • Premium tonic
    • Fresh mint sprig 
    • Brambles.

    Method

    Pour 50ml of Pilgrim’s Gin over ice, add brambles, pour in premium tonic and garnish with mint sprig.
